  • I am so happy with this vet. They have seen three of my pets. When my elderly cat was going downhill, the vet was understanding, helpful, and honest about what procedures are reasonable for a old cat. My experience with other vets is that they would try to sell you procedures that are unnecessary / not appropriate. This doesn't happen at Blue Cross! They will counsel you about the procedures and there is never any sales pressure. I also love that there is a separate receptionist for answering the phone, so when you there in person, you don't have to wait for someone to finish with a phone call in order to help you. All around, an excellent vet!
