  • Employees do not abide by return policy. And if they decide to, they blatantly act as if they're doing you a favor. I understand working at Marshall's is no dream job, but 95% of the employees (particularly the ones at the register) are some of the most unenthusiastic and unpleasant workers I've ever come across. Comparable to the DMV.
