  • I had a bad tooth ache for about a week, and finally realized that i needed to have it checked out.. My boss recommended biltmore commons, so i called them at 2pm on a Tuesday, and got an appointment for 7am Wednesday. I already liked this place! Because they knew my boss very well, they already knew my insurance plan! I came in, filled out one piece of paper and saw Dr. Sadowski, all in about 15 minutes. His D.A. took a xray and got the doc. He explained in great detail that i would need a root canal, the billing lady explained that because i was referred, i would get $50 off and that my insurance would cover the rest, so nothing out of pocket! Dr. Sadowski made sure that i felt no pain, made sure we were always communicating (even with his hand in my mouth!), was super friendly and personable, had me laughing while he was drilling my tooth!! In the end, the pain was gone and i wasn't broke! I would recommend Dr. Sadowski to ANYONE who needs a dentist. I have honestly never been more comfortable in front of ANY doctor, regardless of their specialty! He even called me and asked how everything was feeling. He's an awesome dentist!
