  • This place is unpredictable and unprofessional and I have not laid a foot in the place! I called to book a private spa party for a party of 6.I was told by a gentleman that they could accommodate he took my information and a spa manager I believe her name was Ann called me back and said they could not do a private party as that was Mother's Day Weekend. Completely understandable. She went on to tell me that they have a Mother's Day event $120 for a massage a box of chocolate and a bottle of wine. Great. They said they had plenty of bookings available for 6 this was Thursday. Called today and they only have a 12:45 for two people. I said understand due to the event the young lady on the line states they do not have a Mother's Day Special. I said I will pass on booking as there is to much confusion and I'm coming from the other side of town to get my zen on thanks but no thanks!
