  • The first thing that attracted me to this bakery was the name. I read it as "The Bakery Fix," not "Phx," because I really wanted a baked goods fix! I have many sweet teeth and appreciate baked goods in all forms. I've visited The Bakery Phx several times and have bought various items ranging from the chocolate chip cookie, red velvet cupcakes, lemon tart, and sugar cookies. Some may not like the amount of icing on the cupcakes and cookies, but I say bring it! Everything I've sampled has been fresh and yummy. The bakery will do custom orders, such as birthday cakes, but need a couple days' advance notice. Prices reflect the quality; cookies are $1.85, mini pies are $7, cupcakes are $3.25. The bakery does not have "day-olds," as they do their best to gauge supply and demand. Visiting at the end of the day may not be a good idea if you need a specific item because much of the stock may have sold out. Support local businesses!
