My girlfriend was craving some sushi and our regular place is closed on Sundays so a coworker of hers suggested this place.
Really disappointing.
While they have an extensive menu, there are lots of rolls that they have no description for. Its frustrating to assume that everyone that comes in to your restaurant is a sushi expert or that they would have to sit there and ask what various rolls are.
My girlfriends sashimi came out and the fish were no where near as cold as you'd want raw fish to be and they used a ton of imitation crab in their hand rolls. Basically left her with edamame and jalapeno poppers. When jalapeno poppers are the best thing on a customers tab by a wide margin in a SUSHI restaurant, might want to get some new chefs in there.
I ordered somen noodles (which where pictured and looked nothing like the picture) teriyaki chicken (could have used another 30 seconds in the microwave or maybe less time in the window), rice and goyza (over priced, for the number of pieces you get, 5) and a cherry coke.
Ironically the cherry coke was REALLY good, i believe they used cherry syrup in addition to the coca-cola as opposed to the cherry coke that coca-cola company produces.
The service was pretty lacking, all in all not worth the drive and the happy hour on Sunday was enough to get us in there but I can't imagine returning.
