  • I was just delighted with Dion B and Mesa Mechanical - what a breath of fresh air! I had issues with a heat pump that would really randomly hesitate, and another (very good) company could not identify the problem, after two visits. Dion showed up and listened (carefully) to what I said, and within a half an hour, found out that my fan capacitor was at "zero" and it was a pretty affordable fix. Best of all, a problem that had lingered for a month was quickly, easily solved, and I didn't feel taken advantage of, since Dion explained that they don't work on commission, so there's no need to oversell anything, just fix problems. WOW! This is like a dream HVAC company...exactly the kind I've been searching for in the Valley for years. THX!
