I'm a pretty big fan of 1130 (the checkins don't lie).
It's the seemingly perfect balance of casual and fine dining. You won't be served a lot of attitude, and both the staff and regulars alike keep the atmosphere light.
Some of my menu favs include: the lobster lettuce cups, calamari, mussels, steak salad, seafood pasta and pretty much any of their steak preparations (I tend to lean towards the black and blue, which, if you like blue cheese like me, is divine). Their steaks are well portioned and VERY well priced for the quality (I'd put them on the same level as some of the pricier steak joints in town - many of which I've also dined at).
Their wine list and draft beers have something for everybody and their bartenders do a great job of mixing both their signature cocktails and classics (I've been known to enjoy a Manhattan on occasion).
Hopefully with the renovations coming to the Arizona Center more people will be inclined to check this place out!
