  • I'm so irritated by my $70 experience that I'm writing this here and on their Facebook. I used to come here all the time about a year ago and was always pleased with the results. I went back and it was the WORST experience. The spa pedicure was ok, however the leg massage was literally her just putting lotion on my legs, no massaging involved. My shellac manicure is the worst I have ever gotten. First I told her I wanted to keep my nails long and she cut them all off. My nails are jagged and the edges are all kinds of rough in addition to now being short and stubby. There's polish all over my fingers and its uneven on my nails. The hand "massage" was her again just putting lotion on. She didn't even have me take my Fitbit off and barely put lotion on and rubbed in one spot so it felt like she was trying to rub my skin off. Their prices went up and they went downhill. I will never be returning.
