  • Walker was dispatched by Geico this morning to come to my home to jump and/or tow my car. I was not sure if it was purely a battery issue because my headlights and interior lights/display were all working but the car would not start. Eugene showed up with a flatbed in less than an hour and quickly had the battery working. He was very nice, speedy, and courteous. There was no need for a tow and he didn't try to upsell me into one. I could not have asked for better service. I guess everyone's experiences are different.
