I placed a take-out order via phone 2 hours ago, just arrived to pick it up and was told it would be another 15 minutes. This is after I was already here an hour ago(the time I was told it would be ready). Do I get a sincere apology? No, just a "that's the way it is!" I guess since I'm still here waiting speaks something about the food, but this guy seriously needs to hire more help and learn some customer service skills.
