Hot yoga that's not hotter than advertised which is VERY important when you're going to be in a room for an hour or two. The yoga instructor was very nice, knowledgeable and helpful. She checks you in herself so you get to tell her if you're new. Since it was my first time there she went deeper into explaining the asanas. You can put a poker chip in front of your mat if you want to have her come over and adjust your poses during class. Weekday classes are an hour and weekend classes are an hour and a half. Similar to Bikram but you do the poses only once, then move on. Some are repeated but not many. This seemed like a friendly crowd with some people super in shape while others were just beginning. I didn't feel awkward at all. I'm going back for my second class, in fact. They also have their own app where you can schedule classes. Room has sanitary wood flooring, and was not crowded. Volunteer opportunities in exchange for yoga. Do a Karma class for $5 donation which they give to charity. These people have the heart and soul of yoga, not just the body.
