  • Terrible! !! A few months ago we purchased a vehicle from autonation nissan in chandler. After learning that costco auto program have a program with this dealer we went there. Supplied them our authorization number. Only to be told by salesman Jeff Moe that it wouldnt save us anything off sticker price i was really surprised. Anyway a few days later costco contacted us to see how our buying experience went they were also suprised. Sounds fishy to me so i am still dealing with costco to see what our savings should have been.Not happy to say the least..Also service department does not even respond when you use their site to schedule service . Which is a real pain since we live 125 miles from dealer. Maybe they dont respond because our 1st 4 oil changes are supposed to be free. Not a deal when they dont even respond. Worst experience ever...Appears once they have your money your of no interest to them. I am currently looking into following up with costco and nissan corporate office..Further more salesman asked us to give all good reviews when we receive survey even the survey asked us if we were told how to answer...There are many nissan dealers in Az. I suggest you try anyone but autonation nissan chandler.
