  • The old saying "you get what you pay for" rings pretty true with this airline. What you get is cheap airline tickets, what you end up paying for could be quite a bit more in fees. The company flies out of smaller airports so its always a bit of a drive. The customer service sucks and for whatever reason, they are unable to employ more than one person at the ticket counters, so check in is a nightmare. As of currently, I have flown two round trip flights, no delays other than the check in being slower than molasses in December.
