  • I have used Banfield for 10 years started up at lake Pleasant. When I moved I started at arrowhead. Three years ago I got a new puppy started her in the wellness plan then added another new puppy the first year was great on the plan they were always help full this past year I am not sure if they are down vets or not but every time I call they are booked months out, are closed on weekdays and Saturday's or closing early. I had called to get my sick cat in I was told it would be a week he'll he could be dead by then! Yesterday I called because my dog is sick again they were closed.... I had to take her to the one on Peoria but they couldn't get her in same day but at least they did today. But I dropped her off at 8:30 it's after 4pm I still have no idea what is wrong with her..... for both dogs I pay about 68.00 a month for the plan what hood is it if they can't get seen for urgent issues. Then since they don't have after hours urgent care they send you to a 24 hour hospital that doesn't take the plan or give a discount. I am thinking of canceling my plan so I can go where they care about my four fur babies
