  • Worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life!! Do not shop here. If I could give negative stars I would! Prepaid for a banner for my daughters' birthday weeks in advance. Only to have Roger email me with a proof that looked nothing like what I requested. So I suggested some edits. He then emails me back a proof with again none of my suggestions included. I emailed him back to reiterate what I was I wanted. He then emails me and says "come to the store for a refund". No apologies, no explanation of why he couldn't make what I was asking for. I wanted a banner that said Happy Birthday with some emojis on it. Is that really that difficult? It's amazing to me that this store is still in business. Don't waste your time or money here. Oh, and all the other reviews are right. The store is dirty, the people working there are rude, and all of their party supplies are WAY OVERPRICED.
