This is one of the people Angie & manager shelbie, and whoever accept my fax since September 2016, regarding acknowledge medical rejection and acknowledge coverage rejection and employees working there not putting any notes so others knows what's going on, this peoples are very very poor in helping customers. I keep calling and following up about my insurance payment but when i call nobody knows or no notes at all am very so disappointed.
Mr. Perry Olson, this is all your employees, doesn't do there job correctly, no notes everyone doesn't know anything thats always there answers, i have to keep call & follow up i keep sending fax same thing all the time WHY?! This is very disappointingb9bbb to to already know what I txt me; .
