  • Terrible customer service. The Lowe's in Dilworth is much more helpful. I was told I couldn't buy just one tile as a sample in Belmont and the guy literally said, "I mean...I don't know you so I can't give it to you either." The Lowe's on South Blvd had no problem selling me one tile as a sample.
