Agree with other reviews that the front desk staff is not very kind. I was prepared for this though from previous reviews so it didn't really bother me. However, I was surprised that I did NOT like My practitioner at all. He worked way too fast, and did not seem to care. He did not explain anything he was doing. He also had his 10-ish year old daughter with him which I thought was unprofessional. I called the office later to address my concerns and asked for the office manager. I was told he was not there, no email available, all I could do was leave a voicemail. I let her know that was fine but wanted to give them a chance to talk to me before I put a review on Yelp. She transfered me to a woman at that point who listened to my review and assured me that the office manager would call me. She also said I could have said I didn't want his daughter in the room but the way the nurse told me that day was, "oh, and he has his daughter with him. she's really sweet". If it's an option, they should ask you if ok, not leave it up to the patient (a new patient). That was about 3 weeks ago! No call, no follow-up.
