  • Myself and a longtime friend went here for an early dinner a week ago. He was here for a few days and staying near the Strip. Simon's was recommended by another friend who actually is a writer and has done food reviews in various magazines so I thought it would be a good spot to try. We arrived and it was happy hour. I do strongly recommend it as they offer a special menu and I was surprised by the reasonable prices. The ambience here is very nice and my friend commented on it. We were going to sit at the bar but decided to get a table. We but ordered various sushi rolls. He also had a salad. Everything tasted good, well presented and served promptly. They did forget his salad but it was delivered very shortly after being mentioned. The server was very pleasant and informative in response to questions. I had tea and my friend had a couple of cocktails (I was driving fyi). Nice place to talk and I plan to hit happy hour here again.
