  • I did months of research. Every time I goggled BEST PLASTIC SURGEON IN AMERICA. Dr. George Alexander's name kept being listed. I live in Ohio and had been to a dozen surgeons within a two hundred mile radius. Some were good, but I never got the " Total Trust " feeling. I made the decision to at least contact him for a consultation. Having a cosmetic procedure done is not something anyone takes lightly. Doing your homework and choosing a surgeon that you feel completely confident in is one of the hardest decisions you'll make. From the moment I started communication with Dr. Alexander's office, I felt at ease, comfortable and treated as though I was special. I flew out for my first consultation and the moment I met the doctor I knew... HE'S THE ONE! He never made me feel rushed, and answered all my questions. I knew my procedure was going to be a difficult one, as this would be my 3rd breast revision. I've had several doctors tell me they would exchange my implants, but could not guarantee they would look any better. I was heartbroken, but refused to give up. I knew I needed the BEST, and BOY OH BOY did I find him. Dr. Alexander did not guarantee me perfection, but told me YES, he could correct the mistakes other surgeons had made. (let me be honest, they weren't good. They looked horrible and not even close to natural) He under promised and over delivered!! MY NEW BREAST ARE BEAUTIFUL!!! I know it's slightly unorthodox to fly across the US for surgery, but he was worth it. Dr. ALEXANDER IS WITHOUT DOUBT THE BEST IN THE BUSINESS!!! I love my new implants; they look and feel so natural. I am forever grateful to Dr. Alexander and his staffs for making me feel beautiful again!!!
