If give a zero if I could. This was a awful experience. I just got a refund back after fighting a little over 2 years! They originally told me I could not pull a tooth because it didnt need a root canal and could be saved. So they set me up on a payment plan for 1300 for all services. Then I finally was able to go in for appointment about the crown and they then said nevermore you do need a root canal and we can't do the root canal so you have to go elsewhere. Well in the end I decided I'm not getting that all done so they should refund my money since they originally told me it wasn't necessary and they did no work. Dealing between this location and corporate they kept sending emails saying it'd take 2 weeks then 40 days then 40 days after processing. Needless to say 2 years later! Awful business.
