  • I've never had a bad experience here before but today was way below par. I made an appointment for 230 for a bang trim and made it with Jenny, whom I've never dealt with before, but was available. It was a simple bang trim, what could go wrong, right? Jenny barely speaks English. Like can't take instructions bad. I'm Korean so I'm pretty good at communicating with people who don't speak English but come on. I told her not to blow dry my bangs with a round brush because that's not how I wear it and I don't like the volume. What does she do TWICE after being told? Continue round brushing my bangs. U don't know if she was doing that on purpose to cover up the hack job she did on my bangs or if she seriously didn't understand, but it was stupid. Then, after being presumably done with me, I say presumably because she didn't say anything to me before she left, she goes and starts working on someone else's hair. I sat at the chair for like 5 minutes with hair still stuck all over my face then finally asked James, the owner, if I was done. He called her over and she goes, "I'm done." I had to ASK her to take the hair particles off my face. Uh... Really?! I would give them 1 star based on this experience but I know 99% of the times they're good. I just know not to deal with Jenny anymore.
