  • Not the best Teavana store in the Charlotte area, for me that goes to the location at Northlake Mall but this store is adequate in the variety of teas they offer and add ons that you can buy for you tea brewing pleasure. The clerk didn't seemed to know much about the teas and what which teas are good for what needs. I didn't spend too much time here because I felt that I would be wasting money on buying a new product when I could go to my old reliable Northlake location and get the service and knowledge I've come to expect from Teavana. As a side note I would not agree this is an ultra high end store with a hefty price tag. You get what you pay for and the teas when brewed properly will last about the same amount of time as the cheap Liptons and Bigelows of the world.
