  • Went here the first day they were opened, REALLY cool setup. This place has all the resources, and people with the know-how to be another Charlotte success in the craft beer scene. As far as the beer is concerned thought the entire lineup across the board was solid, the Pale Ale was awesome, but don't expect any of them to be life changing, just a solid cast of brews. Really lookin forward to returning in a month or two after they get their first few batches brewed at the facility (opening day beers were brewed at another brewery as the facility was not operational in time for grand opening) and when they start getting into their small batches and one-offs. Head brewer is a really cool guy very nice down to earth approached myself and my party and spoke to us a few minutes and made an effort to talk to everyone. Also has its own lot so actually close parking, always a bonus! Good place, potential to be great, only time will tell for The Unknown
