  • A terrible bank with consistently poor customer service, both in person and over the phone. Finally cancelled my account recently and waited a bit to post this. AVOID THIS BANK and any branches! There are many others who will appreciate your business and take care of you and your money. I open my account when my former bank closed :( Based on the former bank manager's suggestion, I moved my accounts to Nevada State Bank, only to be aggravated and disappointed over the course of 2+ years.
