  • A home inspector found two termite tubes in our garage during the home inspection our buyers had ordered. Based on reviews here, we called Insectek for a quote. They quoted us for treatment of the area and not the entire property as there was no evidence of termites elsewhere. Garritt arrived on time for the initial assessment and was super pleasant and informative. We scheduled the treatment for a week later. Garritt notified me he'd be 10 minutes late and when he arrived he explained the process thoroughly. At the end, we paid what we were quoted and he explained that it is normal for termites to continue to be seen for up to 90 days post treatment and to call him if we needed to but to know that the treatment was often not immediate but the results would be long-lasting. I was very pleased with the process and customer service received and would use them again and recommend them highly.
