Octopus:
Grilled Sashimi grade Mediterranean Octopus, served with Fava Bean Puree, topped with capers and onions. To be honest I don't think I am skilled enough to describe just how good this signature dish is. Grilled, but soft like marshmallow, followed by the tart taste of capers, complimented by the charred taste of the grill, and even more enhanced when paired with the puree, or a nice Greek white wine. This is a must when visiting las Vegas!
