I never cease to be astounded by the service missteps at this place. Ordered a glass of prosecco at the bar with my husband. I knew something was amiss when the tap spewed out a ton of foam and they poured it into a freshly washed (and warm) mini decanter. Needless to say it was flat. When I immediately told the bartender and asked for a cocktail instead, it took 10 minutes to have my bill corrected (so they could charge the extra $2 for the price difference between the prosecco and cocktail). Mind boggling. The decent food and, in my husbands opinion, excellent beer can only compensate for the inept service for so long. Really was the $2 worth it? Also just a word to the wise, do not eat upstairs. It will take a mind numbingly long time to even get a glass of water.
