  • One star for having a cool pool and that's about it. We moved in about three, almost four, months ago and it feels like we've lived here over a year with all of the repairs we've had to request, many of which never got fixed. Our first night here we found about 20 huge cockroaches throughout our apartment and I wish I was exaggerating. I've even woken up with in my hair.. Lucky me. Apparently they spray for them because it seems to be a problem here at finisterra yet we find them every week. We finally went out and just bought our own spray. Dishwasher, washer, dryer, ac unit- they hardly work. Ac unit leaks when it's any temp lower than 83 and the whole apartment gets muggy. We just stopped using it. The soap bar holder in our shower, that's literally built into the wall, fell off with nothing but a razor on it. Mold is growing in our kitchen sink and both toilets (and no, we're not dirty people). Still haven't had anyone here to figure that out. Every time you call the front office Caroline is extremely rude and says she'll put the request in which I'm starting to think she doesn't even bother doing. I could go on for hours. Honestly this place is not worth the money they charge and my roommates and I regret moving into this place every day.
