My dad told me about this place when I caught the flu and mentioned that they accept walk-ins since I was on the verge of dying. He usually checks up with Dr. Tran but unfortunately he wasn't in that afternoon. So three stars as of right now since Dr. Tran has been my dad's go-to doctor for awhile now.
Stepped in, thought to myself: Wow, they really placed no effort in trying to make this place look inviting. Everything just looks put together for business and that's that. No thought about how comfortable you might want it to look to comfort those in pain- or for returning business in general.
Since I wasn't able to meet with Dr. Tran, I saw his assistant instead. She was very friendly and seemed VERY young which frightened me a little bit (not going to lie) but the medications she prescribed did do the trick and healed me in a couple of days. And since I'm currently working at a place that's in the process of becoming unionized, she was able to print me out some coupons for any pharmacy I decided to pick up my meds at. That's a nice touch.
Also, three stars for the people that weighed me in, took my blood pressure; etc. They did not seem professional whatsoever which left a salty image on the place. You can tell that they were fed up by being there and wasn't really personable when asking about my symptoms. It was almost robotic.
Let me do advise that the people working here should wear a more professional attire (preferably a uniform) instead of a casual outfit with a white coat over it. Details people! At least try to portray an image your patients would feel comfortable with. Geez.
