  • When I first found out about this place I was very interested. Within the first week I went at least 8 times bringing friends with me to show them how awesome this place is. But recently the staff here is disappointing. Yesterday I took my friend there for a fun drink to have. When we entered we were the only customers in the place and were not greeted. He ordered a drink, and I ordered something new. We were shouted at when our drinks were ready. We sat down, and my drink wasn't the tastiest I have had. Having only one sip, I returned to the register and explained that this wasn't agreeing with me and if I could switch it out. With THREE people standing behind the counter, not ONE could speak up or look me in the eye. One mumbled that they couldn't do anything because their manager wasn't there. I asked what could be done and he said "well, you can buy another drink." Seriously? What happend to making the customer happy? I was VERY dissappointed and it will be awhile before I come back. What a pity.
