  • Very Clean Facility, what I liked most about it is that they have Music playing, Kids can see themselves on TV and there are couches for Parents to sit unlike Skyzone. Only reason I gave it 4 Stars is because the Staff don't really enforce the rules and kids keep on skipping from one square to the other and My Daughter got hurt because of it. They have the potential to become a Favourite place for parents and Kids, but only if the Staff actually monitors and reinforce the Rules. Just because we sign a Waiver doesn't mean they shouldn't be watching too. I will be giving them another chance and hope that I see some improvements in that area, otherwise we will be going back to Skyzone even though it's further, but I feel that my Kids are safer, I have seen many kids in Skyzone being kicked out for not following the rules, the Staff there are doing their jobs.
