  • The most poorly managed organization I have ever seen. We signed my daughter up for swim lessons and they cancelled 2 out of 3 times. The first time a teacher was not available one of the lifeguards volunteered to help introduce her to the curriculum, which was appreciated but not what we signed up for. They don't make any phone calls to notify you they are unequipped to give a lesson, only when my daughter is there, ready and excited to learn, do the lifeguards deliberate amongst themselves over whose turn it is to tell her and my husband that there is no teacher for the class. Overall, this has been an awful experience and a waste of time. Needless to say, we are canceling our family membership and classes. Be aware to never go here for gym or swim lessons.
