As much as I loved the way JJ cut my hair-I have to say I was a bit taken aback when I was told not when I scheduled my appointment, not when I had to re-schedule due to illness twice or even when I walked in-BUT AFTER my haircut that my "new" price was $20 higher!!! I feel the situation could have been handled way better than it was-after all, they had 3 phone calls, my e-mail address, as I walked in-all prior to my sitting down in the chair. That way I would've been prepared for not just the raise in price but the raise in tip adjustment!
It would've been my choice to either find a way to afford the cut or make a switch-which is exactly what I had to do.
