rev:text	I have been a member for YEARS. I just walked in the door at 645am. Realizing I forgot my towel. I asked the worker behind the desk to just borrow one for the day as it isn't part of my membership. She said no! I said so it's ok to work out without a towel her response was YES... That is disgusting! Clearly she has no issues with being unhygienic .. Terrible customer service.. It's a towel I asked for not a free membership. MORON..
