  • I wish I could give Jamie and this company 0 STARS. Any brides out there looking for a RELIABLE and PROFESSIONAL vendor- this company is the EXACT OPPOSITE. I attempted to book Jamie and her team for my upcoming wedding in October 2016. All communication prior to paying my deposit was pleasant so I thought I really found a deal. HOWEVER as soon as you pay your retainer or for services things will go down hill. After paying my retainer, Jamie and her "team" have been incredibly unresponsive to my requests to book a trial. When they do respond (which is infrequent) they tell me things that I already know and provide incorrect information so as to deter you from utilizing the services you paid for. Not only that but after I sent a signed contract, Jamie never confirmed that my wedding date was booked nor sent me a countersigned contract. I'm operating under the assumption that simply paying my deposit alone has booked my date- though her and her team are impossible to communicate with. I recently tried to request a refund of my deposit to which she instructed I had to go through her attorney to process as that was the "guidance she was given". If you've had to engage with an attorney to advise you on such matters, that clearly shows how you've dealt with this before as you are an unprofessional company. I guess I should feel lucky that she's only got away with $175 of my money. I know a gal as recent as July 8th 2016 in which Jamie confirmed her wedding but simply didn't show and she's now out $800 without any form of refund coming her way. She's also been known to simply not respond hang up on you when you try to address these concerns, as I have. Whatever you do, stay away from this fraudulent company. If her services look desirable because they are relatively cheap for a wedding, it's because they come at the true cost of stress, unprofessionalism, and sheer lack of respect for her "clients".
