  • This company deserves 0 stars. They came to my home on two occasions first as the initial which was not exactly thorough but was assured it would be better the second time. Wow the second time was ridiculous. They damaged my table to the point of a 500 dollar repair expense refused to admit it which is amazing and when they left they hit our Time Warner box. In both cases they denied it but a neighbor told me he saw the ladies in the Maid Brigade car hit it, step out, look and then get back in and pull off. After requesting a manager to come out and look at the work and damage. The field manager Kenny Rojos told me they didn'tt do it and I requested their insurance info. I received a letter from the owner Marc Titlebaum stating they did not cause the damage and the insurance company would not be contacting me. In the 20 years that I've had cleaning services this is the WORST CLEANING EXPERIENCE I've ever had.
