  • Disappointed in the way they handle customers. If your deal falls through plan on waiting over a week to get YOUR money refunded. Then when you call you will get the run around. And your sales guy will ignore you when you go to the dealership as well. I had two guys I worked with who did this to me when I went in the dealer to get my refund. Still waiting for my money...
