  • I had dropped my iPhone 4 in the water. Not only did it get water damaged, but during the fall it hit a hard surface and cracked the screen. I found Tim on here and he called me right away, explained the process, and even picked up and delivered my phone back to me. What I found most useful, was the fact that they use quality parts. I had used another company in the past, and the parts failed after just a few weeks, to find out that a lot of them buy knock off parts cheap, thats why they offer cheap repair prices. I wasn't even sure if my phone could be fixed, but Not only was the water damaged repaired, but the screen also. My phone came back to me looking like brand new. Cleaned, working, new screen, and amazing service from Tim. I would recommend his services to everyone.
