  • Overall, I think Phoenix Sky Harbor is a great airport. Dining options are plentiful, unique and delicious, staff is courteous, and the remodel turned out very nicely! The ONE thing that is definitely a negative is how long it takes for checked bags to come out on the carousal. It takes FOREVER!! I wonder why this is and how we can expedite this process to better serve passengers? Please do something to change this!
