  • Jim called to ask if he could come out early (when does that ever happen?) - was very personable, very knowledgeable and completed the work on our Viking B-B-Q quickly and efficiently. He honored the initial quote for repairs and even tried to charge less (I was so pleased with the service - I refused to pay less), He worked in over 100 degrees without a complaint. I HIGHLY recommend Barbecue Doctor in Cave Creek. It's a family run operation and how nice to have a local business, not a chain!
