  • So before you consider hiring them, do yourself a favor and do your research. I had a rental that needed the garage fixed and this would be my first time dealing with a garage company. The only thing I really needed was a spring but he up sold me on other things. The rollers and tuneup is no more than $60. Look for flyers and you can get the same quality parts and installation from another company. I had it done in my other home recently for $50. Bearings are about $100 with part and install. I was in a rush and paid for my mistake because I didn't do my research. So please do yourselves a favor and make sure that you do your research. These guys will over charge you. Springs are between 200 - 300 max for a pair with installation. That also comes with a 10 year warranty. FYI everyone in town gives you a 10 year warranty. The black ones are actually the cheap ones and those are the ones they installed. Please also note that if it breaks they come out and fix it with a fee. That was not disclosed to me by Ryan. He left that part out so you lose a star there for the lack of disclosure. I didn't see that until I got the receipt emailed to me after he left. I also want to add that he changed other parts on the garage like rollers and bearings and also dos a tuneup. Which he said he would do for free since I was getting the springs. According to his manager, the amount on the invoice includes all of those parts. Thus not being free. Be careful before you guys commit. Do your research. The owners assistance has contacted me to apologize and will train their employees better to prevent this from happening. They have also sent me a check for $100 for customer satisfaction but my review will remain to prevent other folks from making the same mistake as me. As for the installation, everything is running well and they did do a great job so I'll give them a 5 star for that. I deducted 4 stars because of information provided to me about warranty and selling me parts that I did not need to purchase. In response to the owners reply below, the amount is a refund to what I should've been charge if I paid regular price on what was done to my garage. Thanks for the refund, but the review will remain because of the experience I had with this company. You may or may not go through what I went through. Hopefully this will change the way they do things.
