  • Worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. The Beachwood location called me on Thursday and said the dress was in, and HAD to pick it up on Friday because the store was closing. My sister called me upset because she lives in Toledo and couldn't make it to the store by Friday. I went in Friday and was told the dress wasn't there and wasn't shipping for another month. I called corporate who said the dress was there and had been there since Thursday. Also, that the store wasn't closing they were just negotiating the lease. Lies! So I cancelled all of my plans over the holiday weekend to stay so I could pick the dress up on Saturday. When I walked in they said they remembered me from Friday, and that the dress just came in!!! Lies!!! It has been there since Thursday!! There was also another bride in the store with her mom dealing with the same nonsense! DO NOT ORDER YOUR DRESS FROM HERE, THERE IS NO GUARANTEE YOU WILL EVER RECEIVE IT!!!! There are plenty of trustworthy bridal shops in Cleveland, THIS IS NOT ONE OF THEM.
