rev:text	Just picked up my car from service. My service advisor John Sarantidis always does a great job of getting me in and out. The whole experience was exceptional from the time I pull up and greeted with a smile from staff and offered something to drink to the minute they pull up my car from valet. It's like a well oiled machine. Their lobby always has a great selection of drinks and snacks. It's very clean and the ambiance like a day spa. I like that they follow up with a phone call to ensure everything was went well. I definitely recommend Fletcher for your service needs.
