| - Refused to guarantee their work from the Groupon despite still seeing pests less than 2 weeks after their initial spray. Upon contacting the company, they told me they "do not guarantee" their Groupon sprays, and largely use them in order to attract suckers (er, sorry, "customers") to their much more costly bi-monthly service.
EDIT: The owner, Jon, contacted me directly within hours of this review going up -- apparently there was some miscommunication and they DO guarantee their Groupon work, which is great -- I am scheduled for a respray very soon. I am temporarily changing this review to a 3-star, and will amend it further based upon what happens during their second visit. However, I am already impressed at how Jon explained the situation personally over the phone, and I look forward to seeing how they correct the ant problem I'm facing.
EDIT 2: My problem was handled, and my ant problem went away. HOWEVER, even the technician expressed some surprise that they were coming back for a second spray without me having to pay, even in spite of the fact that the issue was not resolved on the first visit. (This is a little telling.) I'm still considering Green Home for a bi-monthly service in the future, but it's concerning that both employees (but not the owner) expressed similar sentiments about resprays for persistent problems not being a normal part of their guarantee. Still, I have nothing but respect and admiration for how the owner Jon handled my problem, and I have no doubt that any future problem I may encounter will be handled quickly and efficiently as well.
