  • These guys understand what true customer service is. After receiving a ridiculous quote and a lack of interest from a competitor to replace a pair of polarized lenses I looked these guys up. From the initial contact they were very helpful and informative. On top of that their pricing was very reasonable. Just based on the customer service alone I opted to bring them my business even though there were closer Karir stores to me. They definitely did not disappoint. They were timely and followed up periodically to let me know what the status was. Much appreciated! Thank you Karir @ First Canadian Place. You guys are awesome! Cheers!
