  • So I'm the latest customer to give a 5 star rating and this one is a no-brainer. This was by far the best in-home service I have had to use as a homeowner. My old opener broke and I attempted to fix the issue on my own by replacing the carriage assembly but the door still wouldn't rise up all the way. I called up Adrian and he pretty well diagnosed the problem over the phone and set up a time to come by. He was prompt and highly professional. He talked me through all my options, was upfront about all pricing and let me know how I could save a bit of cash. In the end, he ended up going above and beyond the work we agreed to at no extra cost. I couldn't be more pleased with the service and the overall quality of the work. Will definitely use them again if the need arises.
