  • DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE! I have never felt so taken advantage of in my life, one day after I purchased my car the battery was completely dead, I got a jump start to work and something about the gears seemed a little off, when I left from work, I had to get another jump start and my car wouldn't go in reverse. By this time there were multiple service lights on and I was unable to drive it. When I contacted Matt, my sales person, he tried to give me the run around and said that the person that could help me , Bobette, was on vacation and wouldn't be back until Monday. I asked to speak to someone else and insisted some one help me and Bobette magically appeared, she was there the whole time. After going back and forth she finally agreed to help me and said that the warranty wouldn't cover the battery but she'd replace it for me ...as if this was a grand gesture one day after I purchased the vehicle. Next, I went to register my vehicle and found that they had not done a smog check! It had expired, Matt told me they had just brought the car I purchased in, it didn't even make the lot but that they pride themselves in a thorough inspection...a smog check is valid for 90 days...it is illegal to sell a car without a smog check, they did It anyway. When I called they said to go get one done and they would reimburse me! No apology or accountability, let alone waiting in the DMV another day and driving way out to the dealer. Soon after something in the internal transmission and a sensor had to be replaced it was making an awful grinding noise in first gear, a month after that the door lock action actor also went out so my driver side door wouldn't shut, and 2 weeks following that another transmission part had to be replaced. I haven't even owned this car a year. This place is negligent and they didn't take accountability and made me feel as if I was wrong. I'm really disappointedly and sad that I trusted them, now I am stuck.
