This place barely get's a 3 out of 5. The reason is because upon pickup of my rental, I waited 15 minutes while 4 guys in car coats listened to voice mails, logged onto computers and ran in and out checking cars. I waited patiently, but felt totally ignored. I believe you should always serve the client who is physically in the shop before serving callers and online reservations... but that's just my opinion...
Anyways, when I dropped off my vehicle, I missed them by 5 minutes. They close at 6pm! I called Enterprise's 1-800 number to find a later drop off center and they said there weren't any in the area - seriously?! Well thankfully, they did not charge me for an extra day, but I learned later that they DO have a drop box for keys for after hours...
Overall, these guys are really nice, but I think they are a tad disorganized...
